    In dieser Rolle entwickelst du das ICT PMO, setzt Projektmanagementstandards um und erzielst durch Berichte Transparenz. Du organisierst Portfolio-Meetings, unterstützt Transformationen und arbeitest eng mit Projektmanagern zusammen.

    Deine Rolle im Team

    • Build and manage the ICT PMO, define project management standards, and ensure governance, compliance, and reporting.
    • Prepare management reports, dashboards, and decision materials; organize ICT portfolio meetings.
    • Serve as the central interface between Business, IT, Management, and partners; collaborate with project managers and functional leads.
    • Develop best practices, enhance PM tools and methodologies, and support transformation and change initiatives.
    • Drive transparency and alignment across projects, ensuring consistent standards and effective decision-making.

    Qualifikationen

    • Strong knowledge of traditional and agile project management methods and tools (e.g., PPM, Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira); SAP Activate methodology is a plus.
    • Basic knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA, Infor LN, or similar.
    • Fluent in English.

    Erfahrung

    • Minimum 3 years of experience managing IT and/or SAP projects in corporate or similar environments, with proven PMO, portfolio, or program management background.
    • Experience leading international teams and managing external partners; structured, solution-oriented approach with strong communication and teamwork skills.
