- Supporting clients in defining innovative IT strategies, architectures and processes using the Pega platform.
- In process optimisation and automation projects.
- Documenting requirements and translating them into Pega requirements.
- You define guidelines to support development tasks.

Qualifikationen
- You have strong communication skills and very good presentation skills to work with clients.
- To take on responsibility effectively, both on your client projects and the internal team projects.
- Coaching/mentoring with colleagues.
- Having a strong self motivation to design your own flexible working plan.
Erfahrung
- You will have many years of experience in the IT field.
- You are experienced in the conception and implementation of Pega applications.
- You already have experience coaching and mentoring small Agile teams.
