Deine Rolle im Team
- In this role, you will act within the Group Finance area, in the team of Finance Operations & Processes, as a key business-side interface to VIG IT and local finance departments during the S/4HANA transformation project, supporting VIG companies in the financial reporting and transformation of the group-wide SAP S/4HANA finance landscape.
- As part of the Finance Operations & Processes team, you will contribute to standardized, compliant, and future-oriented finance solutions and processes across the Group.
- Your responsibilities include:
- Take an active business-side role in the Group-wide SAP S/4HANA Finance Systems Transformation Project with impact on finance processes, reporting structures and related SAP systems.
- Support VIG insurance companies in the implementation, enhancement and transition of Group-wide SAP finance solutions, including SAP S/4HANA Finance and related Group reporting systems.
- Coordinate, structure and document finance-related change requests arising across the full project lifecycle - from initial analysis and concept design to testing, acceptance and implementation as well as hypercare.
- Support and guide Group companies through quarterly Group reporting processes.
- Act as a central liaison between Group Finance, local entities, VIG IT, external partners and parallel integration projects.
- Proactively analyze finance processes, identify optimization potential and contribute to continuous improvement and automation initiatives.

Ausbildung
- Completed degree in Business Informatics, Finance & Accounting, Economics or a comparable field.
Qualifikationen
- Ideally already participated in a S/4HANA rollout project in a business or business-IT interface role.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills in an international working environment.
- Resilience and ability to manage competing priorities as well as an independent and responsible approach.
- Very good knowledge of written and spoken English; knowledge of German is an advantage but not a prerequisite.
Erfahrung
- Relevant professional experience in a business-IT interface role.
- Strong practical knowledge and experience in working with SAP systems, ideally with S/4HANA.
Unser Angebot
- 37,5 Working Hours, Flexi Time & Home-Office.
- Based on the legal requirements, we inform about the monthly minimum salary according to the collective agreement of EUR 3,353.17 gross on the basis of full-time employment (37,5 hours / week).
- Of course, the remuneration package is market-compliant.
- It is important to us that your salary is based on your qualifications and experience, therefore we will discuss the salary together in a personal interview.
- This full-time position is to be filled as soon as possible.
- This position is a parental leave cover and is expected to be limited to a period of two years.
