- Lead the translation of client processes into actionable D365 ERP solutions.
- Establish and monitor project milestones, ensuring team alignment.
- Define metrics to validate ERP system performance and success.
- Prepare and support clients in adopting ERP solutions effectively.
- Manage and nurture client relationships, upholding ERP standards.
- Engage in continuous learning and foster partnerships within the business domain.
