- Develop high-performance, scalable, and maintainable backend systems using PHP (Laravel) and other relevant technologies (e.g., Python).
- Design and implement innovative solutions to complex challenges, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability.
- Champion best practices in software engineering, including writing comprehensive unit tests with a strong focus on achieving 100% code coverage, code reviews, test automation, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD).
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, design, frontend) to deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Stay ahead of the curve by researching and evaluating emerging technologies and trends to continuously improve our products and engineering processes.

Qualifikationen
- Strong foundation in PHP and the Laravel framework, with a deep understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
- Expertise in working with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL), including data modeling, query optimization, and performance tuning.
- A growth mindset with a passion for learning and a desire to continuously improve your skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Fluency in English.
Erfahrung
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in developing and deploying production-grade web applications.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), containerization (Docker), and DevOps practices (CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code).
