- You support the full software development lifecycle - from designing and modeling required components to implementing and customizing software solutions.
- You build high-performing, scalable backend services using Java (Spring Boot) and/or Python, ensuring technical robustness and long-term maintainability.
- Through thoughtful design and continuous optimization, you ensure our IT solutions are future-proof and ready for long-term, international use.
- Together with your colleagues, you align code architecture and API/interface contracts across teams and products, and document solutions in a clear and traceable way.
- You critically evaluate technical decisions and provide constructive feedback on their impact on structure, performance, reliability, and business/systems.
- You actively contribute to evolving our engineering and quality standards - from clean code practices and automated testing to CI/CD and delivery pipelines.
- Working closely with your team, you help drive the technical modernization of our product and platform.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- You have a solid technical education (HTL, University of Applied Sciences, or University degree) and minimum 3 years of professional experience in backend development.
Qualifikationen
- Strong proficiency in modern Java (Spring Boot) and building robust, maintainable microservices.
- You work confidently with RESTful APIs (design, implementation, versioning) and understand how to build stable interface contracts in distributed systems.
- Foundational understanding of event-driven architectures and platform tools (e.g., Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab, Liquibase), with a strong motivation to deepen your expertise.
- Python skills for data processing and automation are a plus.
- You enjoy working in agile teams (Scrum or Kanban) and maintain an open, constructive approach to learning from mistakes.
- Analytical and self-driven, with a strong ability to collaborate and deliver production-ready solutions.
- English: Minimum Level B2 (confident spoken and written communication in everyday work situations).
Erfahrung
- You have strong experience with relational databases and enjoy working in a data-driven way; you know how to model data, write efficient SQL, and optimize queries.
