    In dieser Position verwaltest du Microsoft-Dienste wie Windows Server und Exchange, entwickelst Netzwerkinfrastrukturen weiter und führst regelmäßig Tests von Disaster Recovery Prozessen durch.

    Deine Rolle im Team

    • Administer and maintain Microsoft ecosystem services, including Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange and Active Directory.
    • Maintain, support and further develop the network environment, including the Data Center and office locations.
    • Support and execute Disaster Recovery procedures, including regular testing and improvements.
    • Operate and maintain backup solutions (e.g. Veeam, Networker), ensuring data integrity and availability.
    • Monitor IT infrastructure using SolarWinds or similar monitoring tool.
    • Provide second-level support resolving tickets in Jira.
    • Provide operational support to the team in maintaining IT infrastructure services.
    • Implement and maintain network solutions, including VLAN, BGP, ACLs and related network components.
    • Implement and maintain firewalls, including ACL configuration, routing, firmware upgrades, VPN, syslog and general firewall operations.
    • Coordinate and work efficiently with external partners/vendors to ensure smooth operations of internal tools.
    • Actively participate in IT projects and contribute to successful implementation.

    Ausbildung

    • Higher education, preferably in a technical/IT field.

    Qualifikationen

    • Very good command of English (German, Polish or French is a plus).
    • Strong communication and documentation skills, including Jira.
    • Proactive, structured work approach and ownership of assigned tasks, processes and documentation.
    • Willingness to grow professionally and collaborate effectively within the team.
    • Willingness to travel (once per quarter), driving license would be a plus.

    Erfahrung

    • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in administering IT network infrastructure.
    • Experience with implementing and maintaining network solutions using Ruckus (or Cisco/Extreme), including VLAN, BGP, ACLs and strong overall networking knowledge.
    • Experience with virtualization and/or backup solutions (e.g. VMware, Veeam).
    • Experience in implementing and maintaining firewalls (Cisco or similar), including ACL configuration, routing, firmware upgrades, VPN and syslog administration.
    • Experience supporting Disaster Recovery procedures with VMware SRM; knowledge of Veeam for disaster recovery is an advantage.
    • Experience building network infrastructure from scratch, including SD-WAN solutions.

    • This position is subject to the Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement for Employees in the Spedition & Logistik Industry in occupation group B/I with a minimum salary of € 2.663,50 gross per month.
    • Our salary package is based on current market salaries and starts at 60.000 gross per year (full-time basis).
