Deine Rolle im Team
- As a Senior SAP S/4HANA Cloud Architect with a focus on Retail (Retail, Wholesale or Consumer Goods), you will play a key role in designing and implementing modern ERP solutions that serve as the backbone for scalable, data-driven retail businesses.
- You will be part of our growing ERP capability, helping clients move from fragmented system landscapes to end-to-end connected processes across stores, e-commerce, and supply chain, leveraging SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.
- Your job’s key responsibilities are: Designing and optimizing end-to-end retail processes (e.g. Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, inventory and store logistics).
- Driving ERP transformation initiatives with a strong fit-to-standard mindset, focusing on simplicity and scalability.
- Leading workshops with business stakeholders across Retail, E-Commerce, and Supply Chain to analyze requirements and challenge existing processes.
- Translating business needs into structured, scalable SAP solutions and configuring them in S/4HANA Cloud.
- Ensuring seamless integration of ERP into broader system landscapes (e.g. e-commerce platforms, logistics systems).
- Supporting testing, go-live, and rollout activities while ensuring high quality and user adoption.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to clients on how to leverage ERP as a strategic enabler for modern retail business models.
- Mentoring junior consultants and contributing to the development of our Retail ERP capability.
- Staying up to date with SAP S/4HANA Cloud developments, retail trends, and best practices in ERP transformation.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Qualifikationen
- Strong understanding of retail business processes, especially in areas such as: S/4 HANA Sales (former Sales & Distribution / SD), S/4 HANA Sourcing & Procurement (former Material Management / MM).
- Strong ability to think in end-to-end processes, not isolated modules.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English (min. B2 level).
- Ability to work independently and as part of an agile, cross-functional team.
- Knowledge of retail-specific topics such as pricing, promotions, or assortment management is beneficial.
Erfahrung
- 5+ years of experience as an SAP Consultant, ideally in retail or consumer-facing industries.
- Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA (ideally Cloud / Public Edition).
- Experience in ERP transformation projects (e.g. S/4HANA implementations or migrations).
- Experience in leading workshops and working closely with business stakeholders.
- Experience with omnichannel setups (store + e-commerce integration) is beneficial.
- Initial experience in mentoring or leading small teams is beneficial.

- What is also important to us is to pay our employees an internally comparable salary.
- For legal reasons, we need to disclose the minimum annual salary for full time employment as stated in the current collective IT agreement, which is € 76,216 gross/year for this position.
