Deine Rolle im Team
- Monitor and maintain IT/OT systems to ensure high availability and performance.
- Respond to production incidents swiftly to minimize downtime and meet SLAs.
- Provide direct support to shopfloor users for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Execute routine operational tasks such as backups and patching.
- Train users on new systems and maintain clear documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure and application projects.
- Enforce cybersecurity and data protection standards.
- Integrate systems into the IT landscape, including domains, networks, and firewalls.

Ausbildung
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Qualifikationen
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure (Windows/Linux, networks, storage).
- Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and compliance standards.
- Basic knowledge of virtualization and Active Directory.
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
- Willingness to support 24/7 environments and participate in on-call rotations.
- Team-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently.
Erfahrung
- Minimum 5 years of professional IT experience, ideally in industrial environments.
