    In dieser Position entwickelst du maßgeblich die internen Robot Framework Testing-Tools, verbesserst die Testlandschaft und integrierst Tests in CI/CD-Pipelines, während du außerdem Teams coachst und die Produktqualität steigerst.

    Deine Rolle im Team

    • Actively contribute to the development of our in-house Robot Framework testing tools (libraries, templates, CLI, pipelines).
    • Improve the testing landscape and engineering practices across feature teams.
    • Raise product quality against predefined KPIs (e.g., defect leakage, flakiness rate, coverage, cycle time).
    • Facilitate testing knowledge transfer through coaching, docs, and enablement sessions.
    • Translate requirements into clear, testable acceptance criteria.
    • Integrate tests suites into CI/CD pipelines.
    • Apply mocking and service virtualization to decouple dependencies.
    • Cover essential non-functional aspects and promote observability for faster diagnostics.
    • Ensure environment and test data readiness.
    • Apply risk-based testing and compliance mindset; produce audit-ready evidence.
    • Mentor team members on testing and help them improve their quality output.

    Unsere Erwartungen an dich

    Qualifikationen

    • Engineering mindset.
    • Proven expertise with Robot Framework and Python (building libraries, keywords, and maintainable frameworks).
    • Hands-on with Git and CI/CD (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps) and test orchestration in pipelines.
    • Proficiency with Jira and Zephyr Scale (or similar) for test management, traceability, and reporting.
    • Practical know-how in risk-based testing, compliance/audit evidence, and observability (logs, metrics, traces).
    • Ability to coach teams, communicate clearly in English, and drive measurable quality improvements against KPIs.

    Erfahrung

    • Several years in software testing/quality engineering with a strong automation focus.
    • Deep experience in API/integration testing and service virtualization/mocking.
