Deine Rolle im Team
- Actively contribute to the development of our in-house Robot Framework testing tools (libraries, templates, CLI, pipelines).
- Improve the testing landscape and engineering practices across feature teams.
- Raise product quality against predefined KPIs (e.g., defect leakage, flakiness rate, coverage, cycle time).
- Facilitate testing knowledge transfer through coaching, docs, and enablement sessions.
- Translate requirements into clear, testable acceptance criteria.
- Integrate tests suites into CI/CD pipelines.
- Apply mocking and service virtualization to decouple dependencies.
- Cover essential non-functional aspects and promote observability for faster diagnostics.
- Ensure environment and test data readiness.
- Apply risk-based testing and compliance mindset; produce audit-ready evidence.
- Mentor team members on testing and help them improve their quality output.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Qualifikationen
- Engineering mindset.
- Proven expertise with Robot Framework and Python (building libraries, keywords, and maintainable frameworks).
- Hands-on with Git and CI/CD (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps) and test orchestration in pipelines.
- Proficiency with Jira and Zephyr Scale (or similar) for test management, traceability, and reporting.
- Practical know-how in risk-based testing, compliance/audit evidence, and observability (logs, metrics, traces).
- Ability to coach teams, communicate clearly in English, and drive measurable quality improvements against KPIs.
Erfahrung
- Several years in software testing/quality engineering with a strong automation focus.
- Deep experience in API/integration testing and service virtualization/mocking.
