Deine Rolle im Team
- As a Senior Analytics Engineer (m/f/d) at Finmatics you will help us build the next phase of our data foundation.
- You will be the person who brings structure and clarity to our data universe, enabling the entire company to make better decisions.
- You will be joining a product-led team where your work directly shapes key decisions.
- We care deeply about building a modern, scalable analytics stack -> and you will play a pivotal role in defining it.
- Build and maintain a centralized data warehouse (e.g., BigQuery) as the single source of truth.
- Integrate data from multiple sources including: Production databases (e.g., automation rates and product usage), Mixpanel (product analytics), CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce).
- Design and implement clean, well-documented data models.
- Create dashboards and reports using tools like Looker Studio or similar.
- Partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to translate business questions into data solutions.
- Automate recurring data workflows and ensure data quality across sources.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Qualifikationen
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data transformation and scripting.
- Familiarity with BI tools like Looker Studio, Metabase, or Tableau.
- Strong sense of ownership, curiosity, and motivation to turn data into impact.
Erfahrung
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics, analytics engineering, or data engineering.
- Hands-on experience with cloud data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake).
- Bonus: experience with dbt or similar data modeling tools.
