- Provide disciplinary leadership and development for a team of technical experts, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
- Oversee the implementation and global rollout of a company-wide PLM solution, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder requirements.
- Coordinate the integration of PLM, working closely with the Process and Data Organization (PDO).
- Lead process optimization initiatives across departments, ensuring efficient and scalable solutions.
- Manage external service providers, including contract governance, performance monitoring, and budget control.

Ausbildung
- Completed education (HTL/university degree) in computer science, mechanical engineering, or business administration.
Qualifikationen
- Basic knowledge of CAD systems (preferably Creo Parametric).
- Excellent communication skills in English and German.
Erfahrung
- Proven experience in team leadership or managing large-scale technical projects.
- Several years of hands-on experience with PLM systems (preferably Siemens Teamcenter) and SAP logistics modules.
