Deine Rolle im Team
- You will join a Mobile team, working across multiple platforms and a wide range of mobile technologies.
- As a Software Engineer & Team Captain you’ll take a dual role, combining hands-on engineering with team leadership.
- As a Team Captain, you act as a role model by living and advocating for our Dynatrace values.
- Care about collaboration, knowledge sharing, motivation, and performance within your team.
- Drive continuous improvement in the team.
- Conduct regular 1:1s with all your team members, living the feedback culture and hereby guiding and mentoring your team members along their career path.
- Make sure the team is properly structured, organized, and aligned with the organization’s goals and individual needs.
- Work closely with your Manager as the primary interface for the team.
- Support in hiring, by conducting technical interviews when needed.
- Support your lead by providing information for performance reviews, compensation and promotions.
- As a Cross-Platform Software Engineer, you build, maintain, improve and deliver the features your team owns, throughout their lifecycle.
- Write high-quality code to create new features and fix bugs.
- Ensure adherence to best practices, design principles, accessibility, performance and security standards.
- Proactively participate in code reviews.
- Collaborate with teams and stakeholders in other countries to solve problems and drive decisions.

Qualifikationen
- Knowledge/curiosity about native mobile (iOS or Android), with strong interest in exploring additional mobile technologies beyond your primary stack.
- Team player with a solid level of quality and pride in your own work, responsible and self-sufficient.
- A healthy amount of curiosity, having fun in learning new technologies and tools.
Erfahrung
- React Native, Flutter, MAUI, and/or .NET experience.
- Several years of experience as a Software Engineer, with in-depth knowledge of SDK development, getting projects completed and into production.
- Experience with Agile practices.
