Job Zusammenfassung
In dieser Rolle entwickelst du benutzerfreundliche Inhalte für UX/UI, verwaltest Übersetzungsprozesse und unterstützt interne Teams bei der Erstellung hochwertiger Kommunikationsmaterialien.
Deine Rolle im Team
- Create clear, user friendly copy for UX/UI, support content and other communication materials.
- Coordinate and continuously improve translation workflows and processes, collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners.
- Manage and maintain product content and translations, while contributing to the development of our overall communication strategy.
- Support and actively participate in UX/UI testing to help enhance the user experience.
- Provide second level support to internal teams, ensuring high-quality and consistent content.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- Bachelor's degree or higher (University, FH) in communication, linguistics or information-related fields.
Qualifikationen
- Excellent German and English communication skills (both written and spoken) with strong cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Methodical, detail-oriented approach to content and process management.
Erfahrung
- Comfortable working in technical environments, with hands on experience using tools and establishing new workflows.
- Experience with content and translation management systems, as well as writing for digital products (UX or technical writing is a plus).
