Deine Rolle im Team
- Serve as primary point of contact between the business and IT for MM related processes.
- Support the implementation, enhancement and maintenance of SAP MM functionalities.
- Provide first level support for SAP MM users, resolving issues and manage escalations.
- Conduct user training sessions and create user manuals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end integration of MM with other SAP modules.
- Perform data validation, analysis and cleanup to ensure accuracy of procurement master data.
- Participate in testing activities, including integration testing and UAT during SAP system updates or project rollouts.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- Vocational training in a commercial, technical, or IT-related field; alternatively, a Bachelor's degree (e.g., in business informatics, production engineering, or industrial engineering).
Qualifikationen
- SAP training or certification.
- Familiarity with master data management.
- Strong problem solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in English; German language skills are beneficial.
Erfahrung
- Hands-on experience with SAP (preferably MM module) and knowledge of SAP integration points between modules.
- Experience in process documentation, user training, and change management.
