Solution Manager

Our CLM department is composed of internal and external colleagues both near- and offshore.

We are responsible for the development of, high-quality customer APIs, analyzing current processes and digitalize them by using our platform environment to service all stakeholders that are involved in our business.

As part of our team, you will receive thorough training and enablement in the Pega methodology and BA practices.

Your tasks include:

• Analyzing customer requirements
• Supporting in the resolution of operations incidents
• Collaborating with Business Users across the entire Erste Group in the context of ongoing projects
• Contributing to the maintenance and enhancement of Pega-Workflows and customer solutions throughout the customer lifecycle
• Proposing new ideas to improve the current process and application landscape
