In dieser Rolle entwickelst du gemeinsam mit Kunden Lebenszyklusprozesse und innovative Lösungen für M365-Architekturen, übernimmst Projektmanagement-Aufgaben und unterstützt aktiv im Presales-Bereich.

- Development of project goals with customers in order to develop life cycle processes on this basis.
- Development of innovative solutions and high-level architecture blueprints.
- Confident planning, budgeting, and project management according to the dynamic principle of agile working.
- Contribute your knowledge of customer requirements in collaboration with account, service and sales departments.
- Active support in presales and sales processes, for example by helping to create offers.
- Responsibility for customer interfaces in the sense of sub-project management -- mostly on-site.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Qualifikationen
- Know-how about M365 in cloud and hybrid scenarios.
- Ideally additional expertise in Teams, SharePoint or Exchange.
- Knowledge of SCCM, desktop management tools, desktop encryption, security products and packaging tools.
- Enjoyment of new challenges, technologies and customer situations as well as working in a diverse team.
- Very good communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel (in consultation with you).
- Fluent language skills in German and English (minimum level B2/C1).
Erfahrung
- Experience with workplace transformation and deployment projects as well as client architectures.
- Experience in creating and editing RFP/RFI/RFT documents.
