In dieser Position entwickelst du Sicherheitsmaßnahmen und implementierst Lösungen zur Risikominderung in IT- und OT-Umgebungen, optimierst Sicherheitsarchitekturen und unterstützt die Sicherheitsvorgaben in internationalen Projekten.
Deine Rolle im Team
- In your role, you will help strengthen and continuously improve the organization’s overall cyber security posture.
- You contribute to the design, implementation, and operation of security measures across IT and OT environments, ensuring that security requirements are translated into sustainable and effective technical solutions.
- By working closely with infrastructure, operations, and security stakeholders, you enhance resilience, reduce vulnerabilities, and support secure and stable business operations.
- Design and implement technical cyber security measures across IT and OT environments.
- Actively support and co‑drive security implementations such as network segmentation, hardening, monitoring, and endpoint protection.
- Ensure structured handover of security solutions into IT infrastructure and operations.
- Develop and continuously improve preventive security measures to proactively reduce cyber risks.
- Analyze, review, and optimize emergency, incident, and response plans.
- Support security architecture decisions in alignment with Infrastructure, OT, and InfoSec teams.
- Identify vulnerabilities and security gaps and support remediation activities.
- Contribute to security standards, baselines, and technical guidelines.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- Completed education in Computer Science, IT Security, Engineering, or a comparable field.
Qualifikationen
- Strong understanding of IT security principles, frameworks, and risk management practices (e.g., ISO 27001/2, NIST, NIS2).
- Strong technical background in IT infrastructure and OT environments, including relevant security technologies.
- Structured, solution‑oriented, and hands‑on working style with the ability to bridge security requirements and technical implementation.
- Fluent in English; German is an advantage.
Erfahrung
- Proven experience in IT‑cybersecurity, IT‑security operations, or IT‑infrastructure.
- Experience working in international environments with cross‑functional collaboration.
- Solid experience as Cyber Security Engineer, Security Architect, or Infrastructure Security Engineer.
