Job Zusammenfassung
In diesem Job entwickelst du Konzepte für ein modernes Portal, koordinierst die Produktentwicklung, analysierst Nutzerverhalten und misst den Erfolg anhand von KPIs, während du eng mit internen und externen Partnern zusammenarbeitest.
Deine Rolle im Team
- Creation and development of concepts for a modern portal product for web and shop customers.
- Collaboration on product strategy and roadmap to achieve the company’s strategic goals.
- Responsibility for the entire product development process from concept to launch.
- Creation and refinement of user stories, monitoring of development, collection and evaluation of feedback, review of ongoing deadlines & status updates.
- Champion a data-driven culture by establishing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), objectives and key results (OKRs), and other success metrics to measure portal performance and inform strategic decisions.
- Conduct regular analysis of user behavior, funnel performance, and adoption trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Collaboration and coordination with internal and external stakeholders and coordination of cross-functional product development teams.
- Contact person for operational areas (Marketing, Service Center, etc.) as well as providing information and support for new features and products.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- Technical education, ideally HTL or university (of applied sciences).
Qualifikationen
- Knowledge of the sports betting industry is desirable.
- Know-how in agile product management and requirements engineering is an advantage.
- Communicative, solution-oriented and committed personality.
- Good knowledge of German and English.
Erfahrung
- Practical experience (minimum 3 years) in agile software development, preferably with a technical background or online products.
Unser Angebot
- The minimum annual gross salary for this full-time role is € 50.000 gross / year.
- Depending on your qualifications and experience, we are prepared to offer a competitive overpayment.
