- Lead & Inspire: Guide a small, high-performing team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Own Projects End-to-End: Drive the design, development, and deployment of LLM-powered solutions—from idea to impact—ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Shape Strategy: Collaborate with leadership to define Finmatics’ data science roadmap and uncover opportunities where data can create real business value.
- Build Scalable Systems: Develop robust ML models and data pipelines using modern tools and frameworks, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Bridge Teams & Insights: Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate them into actionable solutions, and communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Ausbildung
- Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
Qualifikationen
- Deep expertise in modern language models (LLMs), including prompting techniques, fine-tuning, and related tooling.
- Strong programming skills (e.g., Python, R, or similar) and solid knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and communicate effectively across teams.
Erfahrung
- Proven experience leading teams and delivering complex machine learning projects.
- Hands-on experience in data engineering, data management, and building scalable ML systems.
