Job Zusammenfassung
In dieser Position analysierst du interne IT-Anforderungen, bearbeitest Supportanfragen und führst Installationstätigkeiten für Hardware und Software im Rechenzentrum durch. Kommunikation mit Anwendern sowie Dokumentation der Prozesse gehören ebenfalls zu deinem Aufgabenbereich.

- Become part of our dedicated team and make a significant contribution to the stability and further development of our IT landscape within IT Support.
- In this diverse role, you will ensure the high quality of our internal IT support through your solution-oriented approach while actively shaping the digital workplace together with the IT team.
- Processing of IT requirements or customer inquiries.
- Support of our internal users as part of 1st and 2nd level support.
- Support and operation of applications and operating systems, especially Windows and MS Office as well as relevant backend tools.
- Execution of hardware and software installations in the data center.
- On-site execution of maintenance activities in the data center.
- Documentation in the ticket system or asset management system.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Qualifikationen
- Completed training (Secondary Technical College, apprenticeship or comparable) with a focus on IT.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Independent and structured way of working.
- Very good knowledge of German and basic knowledge of English.
Erfahrung
- At least 1 year of relevant professional experience in the field of IT support.

- We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
