- Collaborate directly with data engineers, scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand needs and prioritize features.
- Define data product categories and ensure alignment across teams.
- Support stakeholders in defining metrics and insights that connect decisions with data-driven evidence.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements.
- Drive data quality and the development of scalable data solutions for smarter, faster decision-making across the company.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing stakeholder needs with long-term product quality.
- Continuously improve data products by transforming feedback into iterative enhancements.
- Ensure proper and up-to-date documentation as a foundation for product clarity and success.

Qualifikationen
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand details and connect them to the bigger picture.
- Ability to structure ambiguous information and turn it into a clear, comprehensible product direction.
- Understanding of key elements of the data ecosystem (data warehouses/lakes, ETL/ELT pipelines, APIs, analytics tools, data governance).
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders with ease.
- Curious, proactive mindset with a genuine interest in how data creates business value.
Erfahrung
- Experience motivating and aligning cross-functional teams, with openness to different viewpoints.
- Experience as a Product Owner, Data Product Manager, or similar role in a data-focused environment is a plus.
