Job Zusammenfassung
In dieser Position sorgst du für die Produkt- und Prozessqualität, entscheidest über Abweichungen, führst Qualitätsberichte durch und unterstützt Audits zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung in einem multikulturellen Team.
Deine Rolle im Team
- In your role, you will be responsible for ensuring product and process quality by making decisions on deviations, performing quality reporting, and supporting audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
- You will collaborate with a multicultural team to maintain high standards and drive process optimization in a dynamic environment.
- First point of contact and responsible for decisions on product release, block, scrap or rework; prevention of potential deviations.
- Conduct quality reporting to support daily operations and drive continuous improvement.
- Authorize machine releases and oversee process-related quality topics to ensure compliance.
- Support in periodic line audits and contribute to audits and quality-related procedures.

Ausbildung
- Completed technical education (HTL or higher degree level).
Qualifikationen
- Proficiency in German and English.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Open-minded, team-oriented, and adaptable to multicultural environments.
- Willingness to work shifts under clean room conditions (3shift up to 5shift).
Erfahrung
- Experience in the electronics industry preferred, but not mandatory.
