- You have the expertise to drive software release processes while ensuring smooth production deployments and effective change management.
- As a Release Manager, you will coordinate and oversee software releases, working closely with operations, development, application support, and infrastructure teams.
- Your role will involve planning, scheduling, and executing deployments, participating in CAB meetings to assess release scope and risks, and ensuring alignment between business and technical stakeholders.
- You will also play a key role in software deployment and Infrastructure activities preparation and synchronisation across multiple teams, including coordinating releases with different countries and partners.
- Occasionally, you will provide on-call support for releases outside of working hours.

Qualifikationen
- Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and best practices.
- Strong ability to synchronise activities between development, support, and infrastructure teams.
- Ability to work independently, proactively solve problems, and learn new skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with a proactive and structured approach to work.
- Knowledge of service management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, Confluence or similar).
- Comfortable working in a highly international environment.
- A strong team player who ensures releases are delivered efficiently and with minimal risk.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and modern software deployment methodologies.
Erfahrung
- Experience in Release Management, with a strong understanding of Change and Incident Management processes.
- Hands-on experience with software deployment activities in enterprise environments.
- Experience coordinating releases across multiple teams and international partners.
- Experience with GIT, Jenkins, AWS, Kubernetes, and other container technologies.
