Job Zusammenfassung
In dieser Rolle entwickelst du Softwarearchitekturen, führst technische Workshops durch, begleitest Projekte von der Konzeption bis zur Umsetzung und unterstützt Teams in agilen Entwicklungsumgebungen.
Deine Rolle im Team
- Advise clients and facilitate technical workshops with customers and their service providers.
- Take on technical project leadership, including solution design, specifications, and effort estimation in agile software development projects.
- Design and document the overall architecture of large software systems consisting of multiple applications and their interactions.
- Define system-wide architecture, design, and implementation guidelines and best practices.
- Coach, mentor, and support software developers and other team members.
- Select and evaluate tools and systems that meet business requirements.
- Support sales activities and proposal development, including technical solution design and effort estimation.
- Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends.

Ausbildung
- A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
Qualifikationen
- A strong software engineering background and the ability to work across a wide range of technologies, architectures, and ecosystems.
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, including CI/CD processes.
- Curiosity and interest in understanding complex IT landscapes and performing "architecture archaeology" to identify the best solutions for clients, teams, and systems.
- Excellent German and good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to combine strategic vision with practical implementation requirements.
- Passion for your field and a willingness to continuously learn, apply knowledge, and share it with others.
Erfahrung
- Several years of experience in technical consulting.
- Proven experience planning, facilitating, and structuring technical workshops.
- Extensive experience in technical leadership and/or solution architecture design.
- Interest in supporting sales processes, with experience working closely with clients and translating their needs into effective solutions.
