Deine Rolle im Team

Establishing and continuously improving FOUR PAWS' global monitoring & evaluation (M&E) framework to track our strategic, tactical and operational performance and impact.
Collecting data and analysing complex data sets to provide actionable insights and inform decision-making (developing ETL processes for different data projects, using SQL, Python, Spark, etc.).
Developing and implementing methodologies and tools for data collection, validation, and impact measurement.
Designing and maintaining interactive dashboards and data pipelines to enable performance monitoring and insights.
Conducting meetings and workshops to collect business requirements and facilitate discussions between key stakeholders to support agreements.
Leading and managing multiple process improvement projects across the organisation, implementing all steps of the methodology (scope, design, documentation, measurement and evaluation).
Creating and maintaining BPMN process diagrams using Microsoft Visio or similar tools to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment across teams.

Erfahrung

Hands-on, advanced experience with automation and data tools, particularly Microsoft Power BI and Excel is required.
Experience using SQL, Python, Spark, or similar data processing tools.
Experience in process analysis, mapping, and improvement using BPMN standards and tools such as Microsoft Visio (or similar) is preferred.
