Python Developer with Engineering/Physical Background (m/f/d)
- Development and optimization of algorithms for the continuous improvement of the multi-beam mask writer developed by IMS and their integration in the existing software architecture
- Development and definition of specifications and requirements according to customer needs in collaboration with internal and external partners
- Ensuring the implementation of features and projects is done on time and meets specifications and requirements
- Physics-based modeling and simulation of the datapath of the multi-beam mask writer
- Optimization of algorithms and parameters based on simulations to ensure the continuous improvement of current tool generations
- Research and development of new approaches to secure technology leadership for future tool generations
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- Master/PhD degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or similar STEM field, and/or appropriate professional experience
Qualifikationen
- Profound knowledge of Object-Oriented Python
- Familiarity with methods of modeling and simulation of physical systems
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Team player with the ability to drive projects independently and strong organizational skills
- Good command of spoken and written English
Erfahrung
- Experience in the following areas is of additional advantage: Development in a Linux environment, Python libraries and frameworks like numpy, scipy, pytest, plotly, pandas, matplotlib, etc., Team programming tools like version control, code review and bug-tracker, Optimization techniques and statistical methods
