    Deine Rolle im Team

    • We are looking for a passionate and driven Test Automation Engineer to help us ensure the quality and reliability of our customer-facing digital products.
    • In this role, you will take ownership of our end-to-end test automation landscape, working closely with agile development teams to build scalable, stable, and maintainable test solutions.
    • Beyond implementation, you will actively enable teams to adopt modern testing practices and contribute to a strong quality culture.
    • Build and evolve a robust E2E test automation framework (Playwright) and ensure stable execution across local & CI/CD environments.
    • Enable teams by creating, maintaining, and improving automated test cases.
    • Define and optimize test suite structure and execution strategies.
    • Provide transparency through dashboards, reports, and quality insights.
    • Collaborate in agile teams and continuously improve testing practices and standards.

    Unsere Erwartungen an dich

    Qualifikationen

    • Solid understanding of modern web technologies and frontend architectures (JS/TS, HTML, CSS, React, Next.js, Playwright, Chrome DevTools, bash, Docker).
    • Accessibility & performance tools like axe, Lighthouse.
    • Basic understanding of REST APIs and SQL / NoSQL databases.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.
    • Fluent English (written and spoken), German is a plus.

    Erfahrung

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in test automation and QA engineering.
    • Hands-on experience with end-to-end testing frameworks.
    • Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, XRay) and CI/CD pipelines (Bamboo preferred).
    • Experience with Java, Python, Appium, Cypress, Robot Framework is a big plus.
