- Become part of the team responsible for measuring the performance of the whole Red Bull Media Network across all channels.
- Through high-quality analysis, provide actionable insights that positively impact the business and its strategy.
- As a Senior Digital Analyst, you'll be responsible for concepting, scoping, managing stakeholders, and delivering analysis with minimal oversight.
- Within this role, you’ll be at the forefront of understanding our platform and network trends across the Red Bull Media Network.
- Your analysis and insights will help guide the overall strategy for both global and country teams, identifying key drivers and opportunities that result in positive action.
- You can be creative in concepting and executing ad hoc analysis.
- You can drive these analyses end-to-end and effectively present this work to all relevant stakeholders to influence decision-making.
- Use qualitative analysis, market research, and competitor evaluations to provide strategic content recommendations.
- Identify opportunities by studying audience preferences and industry trends, and collaborate with teams to align content with market objectives.
- Lead by example and help to set the bar for how we gather, interpret, and tell impactful stories with our data.
- You’ll build relationships with colleagues, both here in Austria and internationally, through training on specific tools and broader context.
- You'll develop and deliver analyses across Earned, Social, and Owned topics, while training team members and championing the value of insights across the business.
- Complex data from Earned, Social, and Owned sources is managed to unlock its full potential.
- You’ll collaborate with internal teams and third-party platforms, applying problem-solving skills to identify bugs and implement enhancements.

Qualifikationen
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools like Looker; Python skills for data analysis and automation are an advantage.
- Strong social media expertise, including familiarity with analytics tools like Sprinklr and native reporting platforms.
- Advanced analytical abilities to extract, interpret, and draw conclusions from raw data.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, combined with adaptability, proactivity, and intellectual curiosity.
Erfahrung
- 3+ years of experience in a comparable role, ideally within the Media or Publishing industries.
- Expert knowledge of Google Analytics, with bonus points for implementation experience.
Unser Angebot
- Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is €2.334 gross per month.
- However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
