Deine Rolle im Team
- Build a strong understanding of internal customers, their products, business models, and long-term strategy.
- Act as the central point of contact for IT demand, ensuring clarity, alignment, and proactive communication.
- Translate business needs into well-structured, prioritized backlogs and refined technical requirements.
- Lead and deliver multiple IT initiatives using agile and structured project management best practices.
- Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies to ensure predictable and high-quality outcomes.
- Create full transparency across portfolio, roadmaps, and delivery progress for stakeholders.
- Drive continuous service improvements, optimize service lifecycles, and strengthen SLA performance.
- Enable effective collaboration across engineering, delivery, and IT teams while supporting capacity planning.

Qualifikationen
- Strong track record of successfully delivering complex projects in a professional environment.
- Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP certification is an advantage).
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Confident in resolving conflicts and navigating complex organizational dynamics.
- Customer-focused, solution-oriented thinker with strong analytical abilities.
- High level of ownership, adaptability, and resilience in fast-paced environments.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
Erfahrung
- Agile mindset with experience in Scrum or similar frameworks (Scrum Master or Product Owner certification beneficial).
