In dieser Rolle konfigurierst und optimierst du Prozesse in den SAP FI/CO Modulen, führst Schulungen durch und unterstützt Testing, während du eng mit Kunden und Stakeholdern zusammenarbeitest, um Lösungen zu entwickeln.

Deine Rolle im Team
- Configure, implement and optimize processes in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, and Product Cost Controlling within the SAP Finance and Controlling (FI/CO) modules.
- Gather and document requirements, working closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional specification.
- Design processes that meet our customer’s expectations.
- As part of our internal finance homebase you coach colleagues, share your expertise and support competence development.
- Support testing by leading unit-, integration- and user-acceptance testing, and deliver training to end-users.
- Provide support and troubleshoot issues across SAP Finance and Controlling modules.
- Ensure integration with other SAP modules, such as Sales and Distribution, Materials Management, and Production Planning.
- Engage with customers to understand their business, anticipate needs, and propose relevant solutions.
- Support sales processes with realistic planning and solution scoping.
- Contribute to project management, including planning, estimation, and execution of workstreams.
- Are interested in exploring and testing new innovations especially S/4HANA Finance and emerging functionalities.

Qualifikationen
- Initial exposure to S/4HANA and a desire to deepen your expertise.
- Ideally, familiarity with ABAP programming.
- A consulting mindset and fluency in both German and English.
- As an individual, you are a team player who takes initiative and ownership.
- You communicate clearly, organize your work effectively, and enjoy solving complex challenges.
- You’re eager to learn and share knowledge, and you thrive in a fast-evolving technology landscape.
Erfahrung
- Solid experience in SAP Finance and/or Controlling, including at least some of the key functional areas listed above.
- Several years of consulting experience – or a strong track record as a key user in finance or controlling, ready to transition into consulting.
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud would be seen as a plus.

- The annual gross salary for this position will start from € 55.000,00 on a full-time basis, depending on your qualifications and experience.
