Deine Rolle im Team
- Owns the gaming domain across seven online platforms, ensuring consistent quality and market relevance.
- Leads and manages multiple Backend and Frontend squads, setting direction and enabling high performance.
- Defines and discusses roadmap priorities with top management, translating strategic goals into actionable plans.
- Sets KPIs for the Tribe and ensures data-driven decision making across all squads.
- Monitors market trends and competitive activity to propose new features and improvements.
- Communicates feature updates and manages expectations across Brand Management, Project Management, and other stakeholders.
- Empowers Product Owners to run their squads effectively, supporting collaboration and clarity.
- Oversees supplier integrations and ensures smooth delivery of gaming content across all platforms.

Qualifikationen
- Proven ability to drive technical projects, resolve conflicts, and support teams in complex delivery environments.
- Highly self-driven, reliable, and comfortable making decisions at both tactical and strategic levels.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to empower teams and influence stakeholders.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Swagger/Postman, Elastic & APM is an advantage.
Erfahrung
- 3+ years of experience in online gaming with hands-on expertise in supplier integrations and gaming features.
- Strong background in agile environments, with experience leading multiple cross-functional teams.
