Deine Rolle im Team
- Lead the team through sprint planning, prioritization, capacity management, and reporting.
- Keep feature delivery steady and predictable; guard product integrity so customization happens on top of standardized APIs, not inside the core.
- Own service operations and ensure IT services run within SLAs; own incident, problem, change, availability and security management.
- Connect the dots and act as engineering liaison across departments; align delivery with product, commercial, and customer objectives.
- Help us evolve the stack, continuously review and advance our technology and processes.

Ausbildung
- Degree in CS/IT or equivalent hands-on background.
Qualifikationen
- Strong technical background: you've built and operated production systems, and you can hold your own in deep technical reviews.
- Solid systems architecture understanding with hands-on depth of cloud-native or Kubernetes infrastructure, Linux, and networking, security or edge computing.
- Comfortable owning SLAs and running ITSM-style processes without turning them into bureaucracy.
- Excellent German and English, written and spoken.
Erfahrung
- Proven experience as a Team Lead or Technical Lead, coaching and developing engineers.
