Deine Rolle im Team
- Technical and operational management of the technology team in Salzburg and Berlin, along with close alignment and support with the field technology team.
- Leading the development of differentiated electrochemical and wet processing such as clean, strip, develop and etching processes for panel and substrate technologies.
- Planning and execution of complex scientific and technical experiments.
- Evaluation, documentation and presentation of results.
- Literature research of existing processes and products.
- Writing of technical reports and presentations.
- Customer Engagements for technology.
- Traveling for regular customer visits to cover issues, show our roadmaps and help manage escalations.
- Ownership of demos for our customers in our labs.
- Manage all lab activities including tool availability, metrology, chemical and waste management.
- Management of engineers running demos.
- Public technology leadership for the technology team.
- Attending and presenting at trade shows.
- Publishing in academic and industry papers.
- Coordinating experiments with universities.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- Completed university studies (master's degree or diploma) in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science or similar.
Qualifikationen
- Business fluent English language skills.
- High customer orientation.
- Strong technical interest and solution affinity.
- Systematic approach to work and independent application of strategies and procedures for problem solving (e.g. FMEA).
- Good communication skills and intercultural competence.
Erfahrung
- At least 8-10 years of related experience.
- Several years of leadership experience and proven ability to work in a team.
