This is your challenge: As a provider of carrier-grade software for telecom operators, our solutions are designed to meet the highest standards of accuracy, scalability, and performance. Delivering a robust system which enables our customers to manage millions of subscribers and process billions of transactions each month is critical to building and maintaining the trust of our customers.
As a Product Owner, you play a key role in delivering customer projects and driving the development of new features for our core product. Beyond creating user stories and coordinating development teams, you collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and Business Analysts to understand broader business needs and ensure well-rounded, high-quality implementations of requirements.
This is waiting for you: As a Product Owner you will be responsible for our backlog, refining the stories for projects and product development and coordinate them into a structured backlog which then is the basis for our development team. You will collaborate closely with different teammates including Business Analysts, Developers, Product Management, Quality Assurance and our Project Managers, to ensure the successful delivery.
Key responsibilities:
- Own and drive the development of your assigned domains
- Research market development and standards and align them with customer needs
- Create product roadmap (based on product strategy and customer projects) and execute it
- Ensure requirements are complete, consistent, and ready for implementation
- Drive solution design together with the team
- Align with Business Analysts, Developers, QA, and Product Management
- Balance priorities across roadmap, customer needs, and technical constraints
- Improve PO & development processes using AI-supported workflows & tools (AI-assisted low-level design, validation of requirements/gap detection and documentation)
- Enable adoption of AI tools across the team
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders

Qualifikationen
Required Skills:
- Strong experience with Jira and Atlassian tools
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to translate requirements into structured, implementable solutions
- Strong system thinking and architecture awareness
- Experience creating clear visualizations (flows, diagrams)
- Hands-on experience using AI tools in daily work
- Experience with Claude or comparable tools
- Excellent English skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the telecom and connectivity industry is an advantage
- Experience with IoT and Connectivity platforms is a big advantage
- Knowledge of modern software development practices and tools like Java, Go, Kafka, Postgres and Redis, etc.
- Experience in complex project settings with coordinating requirements of various projects and roadmaps
Erfahrung
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner (preferred in a Software Company)
