- Be the Head the IBC Module Program and define the global roadmap and business strategy.
- Together with your key stakeholders you define and support the manufacturing and go-to-market (G2M) strategies.
- Lead and grow an international marketing team, including technical marketing.
- Oversee and steer execution across global R&D activities.
- Act as a key interface to customers and drive strategic alignment.
- Be a core member of the Business Line leadership team and contribute to overarching direction.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- A university degree (e.g. Electrical Engineering, Physics or similar).
Qualifikationen
- A well-established network in the module ecosystem.
- Excellent communication skills in English. German skills are a plus.
Erfahrung
- Business experience, ideally complemented by an MBA.
- A solid track record in the power conversion environment, ideally experience in the IBC module development, manufacturing and/or deployment.
- Experience in bringing up ventures or driving business development of new markets.
- Proven leadership experience across international and cross-functional teams.
