- We're looking for a Marketing Data Analyst to evaluate marketing spend, build attribution and reporting, and deliver insights that guide our channels.
- You'll shape processes from the ground up, collaborate closely with the marketing team, and bring structure where it's needed most.
- Turn data into game-changing insights by partnering with marketing teams to solve complex problems, uncover growth opportunities and drive data-informed decisions.
- Own analytical projects end-to-end, from defining the right approach to delivering actionable insights and measuring impact.
- Get hands-on with data using SQL, Tableau, and various AI tools to extract, analyze, and visualize it while ensuring data integrity.
- Partner with marketing leaders across Affiliates, Influencers, PPC, SEO, Product Marketing and other teams to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Collaborate with our Data Platform team to ensure data availability, improve analytical workflows and deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifikationen
- Hands-on SQL expertise - you can write queries, create and optimize dashboard models.
- Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals, including marketing channels and attribution concepts
- Strong business acumen - you can connect data and insights to business goals and translate them into impactful decisions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - you can explain complex data simply and collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
- A results-driven mindset with high standards for analytical quality and speed of delivery
Erfahrung
- 3+ years of experience in a data analyst, business analyst, marketing analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in data visualization tools - we use Tableau, but experience with other tools works too
- Bonus: Experience with Amplitude or other product analytics tools
- Extra points for: experience with Python or A/B testing experience
