Job Zusammenfassung
In dieser Rolle überwachen Sie die Netzwerkleistung und gewährleisten die Systemverfügbarkeit. Sie unterstützen bei technischen Fragen, führen Sicherheitsprüfungen durch und entwickeln Dokumentationen. Zudem arbeiten Sie eng mit anderen Teams an Netzwerklösungen.

Deine Rolle im Team
- Proactively checking network performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
- Provide technical support as needed to maintain network operation objective.
- Assist departments across the organization in understanding and implementing network solutions in ways that are cost effective and align with business objectives.
- Provide expert level knowledge for all network security related tools included but not limited to firewalls, IPS, ACLs.
- Works closely with other network engineers and cross-functional teams, review, execute technical designs and provide technical direction.
- Evaluate, define and develop new and existing reference standards and their adoption, to successfully on-board services with speed, quality and efficiency.
- Participate in an on-call (24x7) support rotation with other members of the Network Operation Center.
- Develop written procedures, engineering drawings, and other technical documentation.

Ausbildung
- A degree in Computer Engineering or a similar field of studies.
Qualifikationen
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills, including the proven ability to adapt to a dynamic project environment and manage multiple projects.
- Fluency in English.
Erfahrung
- 2+ years hands on experience in supporting enterprise level networks.
- Experience in implementing, administering, and troubleshooting network infrastructure devices, including: firewalls, routers, switches, and load balancers.
- Experience in routing protocols such as EIGRP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS.
- Experience in firewall technologies such as Forcepoint, Cisco, PaloAlto.
- Experience working with Wireshark.
