Deine Rolle im Team
- Understand business demands to build the right data products enabling business units to make informed decisions in the field of marketing media.
- Lead data architecture and engineering, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.
- Establish and continuously improve data integrations and workflows, particularly in the marketing media setup.
- Work with other teams to shape the technical landscape and integrate data systems effectively.
- Drive our data journey by building (big) data setups and architectures as well as inspire other team members to think and evolve into this direction.

Ausbildung
- Data or media technology focused education or equivalent work experience.
Qualifikationen
- Fluent in English, German is a plus.
- Very good communication and organization skills.
- Proficiency with data modelling and engineering, Big Data, ETL/ELT, SQL, DDD.
- Persistent, systemic and analytical thinking with an attention to detail.
Erfahrung
- At least 3 years of practical experience in the field of data, data architecture, data modelling and data driven decisions.
- Strong experience with (big) data technologies and best practices managing large datasets.
- Experience in media data setups (recommended).
