Deine Rolle im Team

Borealis is seeking a dynamic professional to drive the digital transformation of the assigned business unit by translating strategic objectives into a comprehensive digitalization roadmap.
In this role, you will act as the primary interface between the business and the Digital Solutions department, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment.
You will be responsible for managing the dedicated project portfolio, ensuring that business priorities are reflected across all initiatives and that projects deliver measurable value to the organization.
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with business stakeholders.
Act as a liaison between IT and business units to ensure effective communication and mutual understanding.
Translate business goals, challenges, and strategies into actionable IT initiatives.
Ensure business priorities are consistently reflected across the entire IT project portfolio.
Evaluate and monitor project initiatives to confirm they deliver measurable value to the organization.
Collaborate with business leaders to develop multi-year IT capability and financial (MTP) roadmaps.
Identify opportunities for digital transformation and innovation.

Unsere Erwartungen an dich

Ausbildung

Bachelor's degree: A degree in Economics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Qualifikationen

Vast business acumen, understand the bigger picture and align Digital initiatives with organizational goals.
A strong background in stakeholder and project demand management.
Strategic alignment, demonstrated ability to align IT initiatives with overall business strategy.
Effective communication, excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and negotiation skills with impact and influence.

Erfahrung

At least 10-15 years of work experience preferably in an international organization and min 8 years in a position related to demand management.
Experience in the chemical industry (e.g. in operations, circular economy) is an additional advantage.
