Job Zusammenfassung
In dieser Rolle führst du ein Team von 8-12 Technikern und übernimmst die Verantwortung für internationale Projekte in den Bereichen Kosten, Qualität und termingerechte Lieferung. Du entwickelst Mitarbeiter, optimierst Prozesse und setzt Ziele zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung.
Deine Rolle im Team
- You will lead a team of about 8-12 employees, consisting of technicians working in-house and on our projects.
- Employee leadership & development, as well as international project management are your main tasks.
- You prepare your employees for the future through continuous improvement and process optimization.
- You are responsible for your projects in the areas of cost, quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifikationen
- You have the ability to set goals, to inspire employees and to achieve them together.
- You speak German and English.
- You are internationally on business trips for approx. 20% of the working time.
Erfahrung
- You have already gained experience as a manager.
- You have several years of experience in IT.
