Deine Rolle im Team
- Design Exceptional Experiences: Create and deliver mobile and desktop experiences that simplify investment products and make complex financial concepts accessible, easy-to-use and engaging.
- Own End-to-End UX Initiatives: Manage design projects from concept to launch, including design sprints, collaboration sessions, sketching, wireframing, prototyping (low to high fidelity), user testing, and presenting to stakeholders.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to turn user insights and business needs into concepts and solutions, balancing user and business value through exploration, definition, and validation.
- Conduct User Research: Leverage interviews, usability tests, and data insights to validate and iterate on designs, ensuring they meet user needs and align with Bitpanda’s product strategy.
- Mentor and Advocate: Support peers, contribute to a high level of design maturity, and act as a strong voice for user experience across teams.

Qualifikationen
- You bring a versatile set of product design skills (product, interaction and visual design) and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments where you can handle multiple projects with minimal direction.
- You’re passionate about crypto and financial products, with a strong interest in making them more accessible and user-friendly.
- You collaborate seamlessly with stakeholders and peers to define project goals, timelines, constraints, and priorities.
- You’re fluent in English (German is a plus) and excel at cross-team collaboration.
Erfahrung
- You have 5 + years of experience designing digital products in cross-functional teams – ideally in fintech, crypto, or other complex domains – utilizing tools like Figma, Miro, and JIRA, and modern design systems and processes.
