In diesem Job entwickelst du Workflows, Prozesse und Connectoren in One Identity Manager, integrierst HR, AD und Azure AD, optimierst Konfigurationen und SQL‑Abfragen, implementierst Security/Compliance und begleitest Tests sowie Deployments.

Deine Rolle im Team
- Design, develop, and maintain custom workflows, processes, and connectors within One Identity Manager.
- Integrate IDM with enterprise systems such as HR, Active Directory, cloud services, and business applications.
- Analyze and optimize existing IDM configurations and customizations for performance and scalability.
- Implement security and compliance standards within IDM solutions.
- Collaborate closely with team members.
- Work with Business Analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Coordinate with the Architect on system design and integration strategies.
- Support the Lead Tester during test planning and execution.
- Partner with Lead Operations to ensure smooth deployment and operational stability.
- Participate in upgrade projects and roadmap planning for future IDM enhancements.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices and coding standards.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Qualifikationen
- Deep expertise in One Identity Manager including design, configuration, and customization.
- Strong programming skills in languages commonly used with IDM such as C#, .NET, and PowerShell.
- Solid understanding of identity and access management principles including RBAC, provisioning, and governance.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Erfahrung
- Experience with database technologies like MS SQL Server and writing complex queries.
- Integration experience with directories such as Active Directory and LDAP, cloud platforms like Azure AD, and enterprise applications.
- Experience with modern web technologies, specifically Angular, for front-end development.
