- You will develop user-centered applications based on react-native for hybrid or native mobile applications.
- You will develop and maintain scalable, high-performance backend systems that meet the requirements of our digital applications.
- You will design and maintain APIs for the seamless integration of various systems and applications.
- You will optimize database structures and implement efficient solutions for data transfer and storage.
- You will integrate AI and machine learning models into existing applications and work with data scientists to create innovative solutions.
- You have a good eye for design and work closely with UX/UI designers to develop elegant, accessible interfaces.
- You implement automated tests, identify technical problems, and ensure continuous improvement of software quality.
- You work in an interdisciplinary team of developers, designers, and product managers using agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban.

Qualifikationen
- Expertise in relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
- A good sense for UI/UX and the ability to implement design systems consistently.
- Ability to create clear technical documentation and communicate technical content to non-technical stakeholders.
- Very good English skills, both written and spoken, German is a plus.
- You enjoy working in a team and can clearly communicate technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
Erfahrung
- Several years of experience in fullstack development (at least 3-5 years), ideally with Python & React.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, or other API technologies.
- Familiarity with agile development methods such as Scrum or Kanban and initial experience with DevOps approaches.
- Experience in integrating AI or machine learning approaches into applications is a strong plus.
