Job Zusammenfassung
In dieser Rolle entwickelst du ganzheitliche Daten-Governance-Rahmen und -Prozesse, führst Schulungen durch und arbeitest an Initiativen zur Datenqualität und AI-Governance, um vertrauenswürdige Daten im Unternehmen zu sichern.
Deine Rolle im Team
- Lead the evolution of data governance as a strategic business enabler, driving enterprise-wide transformation and AI ambitions.
- Collaborate with a network of data owners and stewards and business leaders to define and implement visionary frameworks, policies, and standards.
- Empower teams through training and best practices, building a culture where data governance is everyone’s business.
- Build and evolve data governance frameworks and processes.
- Develop framework for new data products/data mesh initiative.
- Support data quality management initiative to ensure trusted data across the organization.
- Select and configure next-generation data governance tools.
- Discover AI features for data governance process and establish standards for AI governance.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Information Management, or similar.
Qualifikationen
- A deep passion for data governance, quality, and innovation, demonstrated by your drive to go above and beyond your core discipline to deliver business value through data.
- Strong knowledge of data governance, data quality, and GDPR compliance.
- Strong willingness to drive initiatives end-to-end from project organization through developing governance guidelines to design technical workflows.
- Ability to drive changes and communicate effectively.
- Familiarity with tools like Informatica EDC and Axon is a plus.
- Fluent in English, team-oriented, and passionate about quality.
Erfahrung
- 2+ years of experience in data management or governance in a large organization.
