Ausbildung

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification – HTL/FH/(Technical) University.

Qualifikationen

• In-depth knowledge in the field of software and requirements engineering.
• Know-how in IT infrastructure and information and IT security is an advantage.
• Proficiency in using project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, Planview).
• Fluent in both German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively in an international environment with strong intercultural competence.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to assertively manage, effectively resolve conflicts and foster collaborative teamwork.

Erfahrung

• Several years of experience in IT project management, preferably within the automotive industry, with a focus on vehicle manufacturing.
• Proven experience in leading and managing large-scale IT projects.
