Wir bei TGW arbeiten crossfunctional und agil. Unsere Software Developer (von Full-Stack über Frontend, Backend, bis Datenbanken und allg. Development) konzipieren, designen, entwickeln und reviewen gemeinsam mit Product Ownern, Testern und weiteren Stakeholdern spannende Ideen und Projekte. Abgestimmt auf das persönliche Interesse, arbeiten ca. 350 Mitarbeiter/innen in mehr als 15 unterschiedlichen Software-Entwicklungsbereichen und in über 30 teils internationalen Teams. Etwa 110 davon sind in Österreich beschäftigt. Unsere Entwicklerteams reichen von der Toolentwicklung, Embedded- und Produkt-nahen Entwicklung bis hin zu Machine Learning & Data Science, Cognitive Robotik, Simulation, Emulation, Cloud Platforms, IOT, Big Data, Warehouse Management, Materialflusssysteme, Anlagen-Visualisierungen, Software-Realisierung und der Software-Inbetriebnahme vor Ort in den Kundenanlagen.

Warum hast du dich für dieses Team entschieden?: The job offered two things that I always wanted to do: analysing complex problems and working in an international team. The job itself sounded very interesting, but the talented and motivated colleagues convinced me to join TGW. The spirit and cooperation has been great from the start.
Worum geht´s in deinem Job?: I am responsible for the simulation of one of our standard intralogistic solutions. In coordination with the stakeholders and a team of software engineers, I manage the development of this simulation model. An important part of my job is to act as an interface between the developers and other departments. This includes gathering, analysing, and balancing the requirements for implementation.
Was gefällt dir besonders an deinem Job?: I enjoy the variety of tasks that come with the job. It is a combination of technical, analytical, and communication work.
