- Design user-centered digital products, from the initial idea to the final interface, and translate requirements into clear, intuitive user interfaces.
- Analyze requirements in a structured way and create and communicate implementation concepts.
- Collaborate closely with customers and colleagues to develop structured information architectures, interactive prototypes, and consistent design systems.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
- Establish and nurture a "Community of Practice" across relevant organizational units to share knowledge and best practices.

Ausbildung
- Completed education in a technical field such as engineering, computer science, business informatics or comparable, and relevant initial work experience.
Qualifikationen
- Exceptional communication skills, a strong sense of quality, and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English; combined with proven ability to communicate and negotiate in an international environment.
Erfahrung
- Proven experience in designing interfaces for complex platforms, including analyzing and optimizing existing interfaces based on user feedback.
- Strong expertise in user experience design, including creating user journeys, personas, flowcharts, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes with leading UX tools (such as Figma, Adobe XD, and others).
