Deine Rolle im Team
- In this role, you will be responsible for managing the requirement activities as well as design and implement processes for the P2P (Purchase to Pay) process.
- You have strong ties to stakeholders in our organization and work closely together to improve our process landscape, create and implement product specific requirements.
- With your knowledge and passion for procurement and processes, you will work with a dedicated team to further develop the area.
- Carrying out requirements analyses & formulation of requirements.
- Review and creation of requirement process specifications or user stories and identification of improvement potential.
- Responsible for the system administration and maintenance of SAP.
- Carrying out customizations for SAP.
- Adaption and monitoring of interfaces such as CIG.
- Execution of system tests in the function of a 2nd level support.
- Management of external procurement and IT consultants in specific projects.
- Conducts risk assessments.

Qualifikationen
- Advances proficiency with ERP-Systems, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
- Excellent analytical and project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
- Proactive approach towards problem solving.
- Self-starter with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Erfahrung
- At least 5 years of work experience in a comparable position with recorded success with digital transformational projects.
