SAP Service Delivery Team Lead

As the Head of Service Delivery Management you will work as part of the global ERP Solutions team and you will be responsible for establishing, overseeing and enhancing the overall service delivery process, managing a team of SAP consultants/developers (8-10 people), and ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction. Your leadership and strategic direction will be critical in shaping our service delivery excellence for the future.

In your responsibility of heading the Delivery center, you will be responsible for a virtual team located across EU countries, will steer and manage an outsourcing partner and work closely with the key stakeholders in the countries and the central Business/Process owner to fulfill demand coming from the different business units in the countries.

1. Ensuring the efficient and reliable delivery of SAP Basis services. This involves overseeing activities such as system installations, upgrades, patching, performance monitoring, backup and recovery, and security management.
2. Planning and executing SAP Basis projects
3. Ensuring the optimal performance of SAP systems and maintaining their security
4. Lead and mentor a team of SAP Basis delivery professionals
5. Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholder when is comes to technical discussions and updates
6. Control of key suppliers with performance measurement in a higher-level service management function. Contract management and cost control is also an important part of the control function
